Key Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for all revenue-generating functions, including direct sales, account management, and channel partnerships.
- Lead high-level conversations and negotiations to build and manage robust revenue streams through partners such as KPMG, LHH, and other global consultancies.
- Drive the transition and growth of our SaaS offerings, ensuring a sustainable and scalable recurring revenue model.
- Directly lead and support complex, high-value B2B sales cycles with large global organisations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy / roadmap to hit specific numerical targets across the UK, US, and Indian markets.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to refine pricing strategies and ensure our “human behaviour” tech remains commercially competitive and relevant.
Person specification:
Essential:
- Proven track record as a commercial leader (CRO, VP Sales, or similar) within a high-growth SaaS or HR-tech environment.
- Extensive experience in large enterprise B2B sales and managing complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale channel partnerships with global professional services firms.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex behavioural science concepts into compelling commercial value for C-suite clients.
Desirable
- Experience or a strong interest in the HR-tech, organisational behaviour, or human psychology space.
- Experience working with global or complex organisations.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, diagnostics or AI-enabled tools.
